About Let's Move Hampden County
Let’s Move Hampden County 5-2-1-0 (LMHC 5-2-1-0) is a growing network of local community and governmental organizations that collaborate on numerous initiatives and projects to advocate for local healthy food access, nutrition and wellness in all of Hampden County, with a particular focus on Holyoke/Springfield urban areas.
The LMHC 5-2-1-0 message encourages all residents to adopt healthy eating and exercise habits to combat childhood obesity, using the healthy living plan for children and family members as a way to set goals for lifestyle changes.
